SWIHA’s Unity Yoga Teacher Training uses a “living yoga” approach to shaping the holistic healing careers of future yoga instructors. Learn how to guide your clients to a more balanced understanding of wellness through our 200-hour training in the principles and practices of yoga. This Certificate of Excellence can be completed independently or combined with our other Diploma and Degree programs.
Enroll in our advanced diploma program in order to deepen and strengthen your ability as a future yoga instructor! By completing six additional yoga-specific advanced courses, 100 hours of yoga-specific electives, and a 100-hour primary specialization, you will be prepared to serve the world in even bigger and bolder ways.
This in-depth educational program prepares students to expertly teach to groups while also training them in a therapeutic specialty necessary for working one-on-one with clients. Complete six additional yoga-specific advanced courses, 300 hours of electives, and a 100-hour therapeutic specialization, and gain access to such powerful modalities for your teaching “toolkit” as Polarity, Reiki, Life Coaching, Aromatherapy, and much more.
