Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique that enables the body and mind to achieve a state of deep relaxation, aiming to align the conscious mind with the subconscious and unconscious. Essentially, while the body rests as if in sleep, the mind is guided to a state between sleep and wakefulness to receive positive instructions from a facilitator. These instructions are designed to foster mental healing through unconscious visualization, pranic healing through the flow of light and energy within the body, and to enhance willpower and resilience.
