Learn to prepare nourishing meals that support vibrant health. Through the lens of urban gardening and herbalism, you’ll explore permaculture, sustainability, and regenerative practices, while cultivating the skills to grow healing plants and apply them in everyday wellness—from kitchen remedies to home first aid. This holistic toolkit allows you to support clients with coaching and accessible, nature-based solutions that align body, mind, and spirit.
Our program aligns with the standards of the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) and prepares graduates to work with clients to support self-directed and person-centered changes that promote a sense of ownership and lasting change.
After completing the program, our students are eligible to complete the remaining NBHWC application requirements (*see NBHWC for more details) to sit for the Board Exam. Upon passing, you will be provided the opportunity to receive a complimentary listing in the National Directory of Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches. You will also have access to an exclusive job board that connects you with available positions for health coaches.
